Programme of the Fund for the Development of the Republic of Serbia.

This Programme, based on the provisions of the Law on the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia, defines the conditions and criteria according to which the Fund approves new loans/issues guarantees, reprogramme loans, financial restructuring of placements, pre-prepared reorganization plans and reorganization plans of business entities in bankruptcy proceedings, mutual settlement of obligations, as well as the possibility of selling receivables/assigning receivables for a fee. The Fund for the Development of the Republic of Serbia will focus its credit activity on achieving the following goals: - encouraging the business of legal entities and entrepreneurs in the Republic of Serbia; - encouraging employment; - encouraging production, especially those intended for export; - encouraging sustainable and comprehensive development.
