Abstract
This Law defines the position, manner of financing, operations, management, control of work, supervision and other issues of importance for the work of the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia.
Major aims of this Fund are to: accomplish and encourage the balanced regional development, including the development of underdeveloped areas; encouraging the business of legal persons and entrepreneurs in the Republic of Serbia; encourage the competitiveness and liquidity of the economy of the Republic of Serbia; encourage the employment export of its goods.
This Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 30 articles, including the monitoring and supervision issues (see Chapter VII).
