Regulation on the adoption of the operational plan for flood control (2016).

This Regulation defines and confirms the use and implementation of the operational Plan for the defense against the floods (including the issues regarding the tasks and duties of legal entities that conduct the flood protection from external and internal waters and congestion rocks, names of managers of flood control and other persons responsible for the implementation of flood defense against external and internal waters and congestion ice titles sectors and stocks, water control structures, protected floodplains, reclamation area, location of the drainage system, criteria and conditions for the declaration of ordinary and extraordinary flood protection from external and internal waters and congestion ice, authoritative meters and hydrological stations, and weather stations and checkpoints for monitoring) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia (updated in 2016).
