Regulation determining the Operational Plan for Flood Defense for 2020.

This Regulation establishes the Operational Plan for Flood Defense for 2020, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Water Law. This Plan provides for all information considered as necessary for the effective implementation of flood defense tasks and works, including names of legal entities that conduct flood defense related works and tasks against external and internal waters and ice congestion, names of flood defense managers and other persons responsible for the implementation of flood and external water protection ice congestion, names of sectors and sections, protective water bodies, protected flood areas, land reclamation areas, drainage system facilities, criteria and conditions for declaring regular and emergency flood defenses against external and internal waters and ice congestion, relevant water meters (hydrological stations) and meteorological stations and points for monitoring ice phenomena.
