Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the provisions aimed to define the budget for the year 2016 (amount of funds, types and maximum amounts sorted by type of incentives in agriculture and rural development), in accordance with the Law on Incentives in Agriculture and Rural Development and the Law on Budget of the Republic of Serbia.
These funds shall be allocated for the following program activities/projects: direct payments; rural development measures; credit support in agriculture; and special incentives.
