Regulation amending the Regulation on the allocation of incentives in agriculture and rural development in 2019.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of Regulation on the allocation of incentives in agriculture and rural development in 2019 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 3/2019).
Changes are related to the modified contents of the paragraph 2 of article 2 (on Programme 0103 Incentives in Agriculture and Rural Development, Function 420 Agriculture, Forestry, Hunting and Fishing, Program activity/project 0001 Direct payments); specific incentive provisions form article 3, paragraph 3 (encouraging the raising of new perennial fruit trees, vines and hops; support for procurement investments new machinery and equipment for the promotion of primary crop production; investment support for the acquisition of new machinery and equipment for primary improvement livestock farming; investment support for quality procurement of breeding heads for the promotion of primary livestock farming; and several other, see the complete list on article 2 of this amending text); direct payment provisions and amounts from articles 5 and 6; and volume of incentive funds for rural development measures form 8 of the original text.
