Abstract
This Regulation determines the volume of funds, types of incentives and their maximum amounts per each type of approved programmed measure that is in need of incentives in the agriculture and rural development sector, in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, and of the Law on the budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2019.
These funds shall be allocated for the following activities or projects: direct payments; rural development measures; credit support in agriculture; special incentives; Instrument for Pre-Accession in Rural Development based Incentives (IPARD, Programme of the European Union).
