Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions brought by the Regulation on the classification and treatment of by-products of animal origin, veterinary and sanitary requirements for the construction of facilities for the collection, processing and disposal of animal by-products, the manner of implementation of official control and self-control, as well as conditions for animal cemeteries (Official Gazette 31/2011 and 97/2013).
Major changes are related to the added paragraph (2) to the article 96 (related to the specific technical issues and conditions for facilities engaged in processing and/or disposal of animal by-products.
