Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and methods for the correct classification, treatment of by-products of animal origin, methods of their processing, hygienic conditions, the methods of loading, unloading and reloading, veterinary and sanitary requirements for the construction of facilities for the collection, form and content of records kept in facilities for the collection, processing and disposal of animal by-products, by-products from the process, exceptional cases standards, the implementation of official control and self-control system, and the requirements for animal cemeteries and for burning of animal by-products.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
