This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the rules and conditions provided by the Regulation on the conditions for animal welfare in terms of space for the animals, premises and equipment in production facilities, the method of keeping, breeding and transport of some animal species and categories, as well as the keeping of records about animals (Official Gazette 6/2010).
Changes are related to the technical conditions and rules related to poultry (laying hens, size of the cage and other similar technical conditions/rules, stipulated by articles 2 and 32). Some of these changes (article 32) are aimed to be officially respected no later than 31 December 2020.
