Regulation amending the Regulation on declaration, marking and advertising of food.

This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on declaration, marking and advertising of food (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 19/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 16/2018 and 17/2020).
Changes are as follows: in article 2 new definitions are added; in article 26 (setting rules on necessary indications of the country of origin or country and place of origin) a new paragraph (numbered as paragraph 3) is now added; in article 37 (that regulates certain issues related to voluntary or additional food information) new text columns are added (paragraphs 3 and 4); and a new Annex (10a) is also here added (containing indications on the manner of indication of country of origin or countries and places of origin of the main food ingredient).
