Regulation amending the Regulation establishing the measures for early detection and diagnosis of infectious diseases as transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, the manner for the correct implementation of rules, as well as measures to prevent the spread, control and eradication of infectious diseases.

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation establishing the measures for early detection and diagnosis of infectious diseases as transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, the manner for the correct implementation of rules, as well as measures to prevent the spread, control and eradication of infectious diseases (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 96/2010, and already amended in the Gazette 33/2016).
Changes are as follows: in article 4, point 18 is amended to read: emergency slaughter is the slaughter of animals in accordance with the article 65 of the Regulation on veterinary and sanitary conditions, on general and special conditions for the hygiene of food of animal origin, as well as conditions for food hygiene of animal origin (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 25/2011 and 27/2014); in article 7 several issues on diagnostic methods; article 8 is cancelled; article 46 on hygiene and sanitary practices is re-edited.
