Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on general and specific food hygiene requirements at any stage of production, processing and transportation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 72/2010).
Changes are related to the addition of several definitions to the provisions of the article 2; and brought the updated and reprinted Annex, containing various food safety issues including the list of microbiological criteria for food.
