Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on incentive programmes for income diversification and improvement of quality of life in rural areas through the support to young farmers (originally published in the Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia 46/2018 and already amended in Gazette 50/2018).
The article 21 is completely re-edited (procedural and legal frame for holders of the right to obtain incentives, adverse procedures or conflicts); and a new article 21a is added (regarding the administrative and procedural deadlines and rules for obtaining the incentives object of the Regulation).
