Abstract
This Regulation specifies the types of incentive programmes for diversification of incomes and for the improvement of quality of life in rural areas through the support for young farmers.
This text also sets the necessary conditions, manner of exercising the right to incentives, determines the administrative application form, as well as the maximum amount of payable incentives per user and per individual type of incentive.
The complete list of incentives included in these programmes, among the type of performed agricultural o farming activity is listed in article 3.
The Annex is also part of this publication (administrative forms, full list of detailed types of incentives and possible users).
