Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation on incentives for investments in the physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of quality bottlenecks for the improvement of primary livestock farming (originally published in the (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 48/2018).
Changes are related to the contents of the article 3 (details on incentives for fattening bulls); in article 5, paragraph 3, item 2 is cancelled; contents of the article 5, item 1 (technical rules for agricultural holdings in relation to general requirements for obtaining incentives); and re-edited Annex 1 (administrative forms for exercising the right to incentives for investments in the physical property of the agricultural holdings).
The Amended Annex is part of this text.
