Regulation on incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings for the purchase of quality breeding animals for the improvement of primary livestock agricultural production.

This Regulation determines the types of incentives to support the program related to improving competitiveness through investments in the physical assets of agricultural holdings for the purchase of quality breeding animals for the improvement of primary livestock agricultural production (hereinafter: incentives), the conditions, the method of exercising the right to incentives, the application form for exercising the right to incentives, as well as the maximum amount of incentives per beneficiary and per type of incentive. The incentives which includes the procurement of quality breeding are meant for: 1) cattle, namely: (1) heifers of fattening breeds aged ten to 34 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice, (2) heifers of dairy and mixed breeds aged 12 to 31 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice, (3) bulls of fattening breeds aged 12 to 34 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice, (4) pregnant heifers aged 12 to 34 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice, (5) bulls of dairy and mixed breeds aged 36 to 72 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice; 2) sheep and goats, namely: (1) sheep - heifers aged six to 18 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice, (2) goats - heifers aged six to 18 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice, (3) heifers aged six to 18 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice; 3) pigs, namely: (1) gilts aged up to nine months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice, (2) purebred gilts inseminated no later than nine months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice, (3) boars aged up to 12 months at the time of issuing the purchase invoice; 4) queen bees.
