Regulation amending the Regulation on incentives for investments in the physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of quality bottlenecks for the improvement of primary livestock farming.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on incentives for investments in the physical property of agricultural holdings for the purchase of quality bottlenecks for the improvement of primary livestock farming (originally published in the (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 48/2018, and already amended in the Gazette 29/2019).
Changes are as follows: in article 3, setting out the scope and possible users of incentives, the word “elder” is replaced with the word “age”, in regards to animal size or age; also the administrative form number 1, part of the Annex is replaced. The updated main form and declaration sheet containing the Request for exercising the incentive rights for physical agricultural property for the purchase or quality improvements for advancing the primary animal agricultural production is part of this text.
