Regulation amending the Regulation on international catch certificate and list of fishery products for which international catch certificates are not required.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on international catch certificate and list of fishery products for which international catch certificates are not required (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 10/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 52/2017, 115/2017, 39/2018, 98/2018, 35/2019 and consolidated as in Gazette 83/2019).
Changes are related to the contents of article 8, which sets the date of the entry inti force and of effective application of the Regulation. Here, the date of the effective application is now postponed as for 1 January of the year 2022. The original version of this text entered into force on 22 February 2017, with indicated date of effective application that was set for 1 January 2021.
