Regulation amending the Regulation on the manner of establishing hunting grounds and hunting areas, the conditions for the implementation of hunting management, the process of conducting of the public announcement, the procedure for granting and denying of rights to hold the hunting ground, the contents of the contract, determining the level of appropriate guarantees that shall be provided by legal entity prior to concluding the contract, as well as conditions and manner for hunting concessions.

This Regulation modifies, adds and cancels various provisions part of the Regulation on the manner of establishing hunting grounds and hunting areas, the conditions for the implementation of hunting management, the process of conducting of the public announcement, the procedure for granting and denying of rights to hold the hunting ground, the contents of the contract, determining the level of appropriate guarantees that shall be provided by legal entity prior to concluding the contract, as well as conditions and manner for hunting concessions (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 80/2010).
Major changes are related to the rules and provisions for users of special purpose hunting areas; hunting lease/hunting ground requests and necessary requests/authorizations.
