Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and requirements aimed to correctly define the methods for the establishment of hunting grounds and hunting areas, the conditions for the implementation of hunting management on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, public announcement and participation, including all procedures and administrative provisions for granting and denying the right to hold a specific hunting ground, the contents of the contract, determining the level of appropriate guarantees that shall be provided by legal entity prior to concluding the contract, as well as conditions and manner for hunting obtaining and interruption of hunting concessions.
