Regulation amending the Regulation on the method of exercising the right to basic incentives in plant production and the request form for the exercise of those incentives.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the method of exercising the right to basic incentives in plant production and the request form for the exercise of those incentives (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 6/2024). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (paragraph 1, point 2) where an additional sentence is added as follows “unless the new commercial family farm, i.e. the farm was registered for the first time in the Register in the current year in which the application for exercising the right to incentives is submitted”.
