Abstract
This Regulation determines the amount and conditions for the allocation of incentive funds for reuse and use of waste as secondary raw material or for the production of energy and for the production of recycled plastic bags.
The incentive funds shall be determined as follows: for recycle or reuse of rubber as secondary raw material; for treatment of waste tires; for production of recycled bags; for treatment and recycle of electrical and electronic equipment, of waste oils, of waste batteries, of accumulators, and industrial batteries.
These incentive funds are aimed to be directly paid to operators of recycling plants engaged in activities here listed.
