Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all standards necessary for the correct evaluation of the damage caused by user hunting illegally or otherwise destroying the wildlife on the Serbian territory.
The Regulation further defines the amount of the compensation related to the caused damage, including offences and financial penalties aimed to penalize those who are performing or are directly responsible for unauthorized or environmentally not-sustainable hunting related activities.
