Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary veterinary-sanitary conditions, and general and special conditions of hygiene of food of animal origin (in terms of construction or reconstruction of related facilities) to be observed when performing slaughtering of animals, production and trade of food and animal products).
This Regulation further defines the hygiene conditions for animal origin food for all food business operators at all stages of production (processing and trade).
