Abstract
This Regulation provides the official Annex that completes the Regulation on general and specific hygiene requirements and organization of official controls on products and facilities that have been registered for exports of milk and dairy products to the European Union, with the technical issues and classification of milk products and necessary labels.
This Annex respects the provisions and parameters established by the Commission Regulation (EC) no 2073/2005 of 15 November 2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs.
