Abstract
This Regulation prescribes various conditions (general and specific hygiene requirements) to be observed by each milk product and milk production site/facility if engaged in international trade with the European Union (or a state member of the Union).
This Regulation adopts the terms of the European Regulations 853/2004, and 852/2004 regarding the general food hygiene and safety of milk and milk products.
