Abstract
This Regulation determines the categorization of fishing waters, as for in accordance with the national Law on protection and sustainable use of fish stock.
Fishing waters for commercial, recreational and sport fisheries are classified into two categories: (first type) fishing waters of the first category which include all natural and artificial fishing waters; and (second type) fishing waters of the second category which include natural and artificial fishing waters in national parks or other protected natural assets, fishing waters in which the mass fraction of brown trout and grayling is higher than 70%, as well as parts of watercourses inhabited by juveniles. On these waters classified as second type, the recreational fishing shall be performed on the basis of an additional license for recreational fishing in accordance with above mentioned Law governing the fisheries sector.
