Regulation on the certification of persons performing certain activities related to ozone depleting substances and certain fluorinated greenhouse gases.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions, minimum requirements and procedure for obtaining the certificate (A) for employees of legal entities and/or entrepreneurs who perform activities of installation, maintenance or servicing and checking the discharge of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and heat pumps that contain or rely on ozone depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases, including activities of collecting ozone depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases from refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and heat pumps, as well as the exclusion from the use of such equipment and systems.
This text also sets out the conditions, minimum requirements and procedure for obtaining the B certificate, for employees of legal entities and/or entrepreneurs who perform the activity of collecting substances that damage the ozone layer or fluorinated gases with the greenhouse effect from air conditioning systems of certain motor vehicles.
This Regulation list the administrative procedure and several educational and technical rules and premises.
