Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner of carrying out the risk assessments in order to perform the phytosanitary inspection of consignments of plants, plant products and regulated objects with approved lower frequency.
The rules here stipulated will not apply on plants intended for planting (such as potato tubers); plants, plant products and regulated objects which are imported on the basis of permits or licenses for imports in accordance with the relevant Laws; plants, plant products and regulated objects which are subject to the implementation of the special inspection or phytosanitary measures; documentation and identity verification during imports of consignments of plants, plant products and regulated objects that are part of List VB part I and List VB part.
