Regulation on the conditions and manner of exercising the right for credit support.

This Regulation prescribes more precisely the conditions and manner for exercising the right to obtain the credit support (incentives to agricultural farms, loans; intended for family farming, small scale farmers, farming entities of various types).
Main aims of these measures are to provide/facilitate livestock development that includes animal procurement and premium insurance of animals; development of agriculture, fruit growing, viticulture, vegetables and flowers; investment in agricultural machinery and equipment; and to assure the procurement of food for animals; investment in certain types of mechanization and equipment used in plant agricultural production.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
