Regulation on the conditions and manner of exercising the right to incentives in livestock farming per beehive.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions and manner of exercising the right to incentives in livestock farming per beehive, as well as the application form for exercising the right to these incentives. The right to incentives in livestock farming per beehive is exercised by a legal entity, entrepreneur and natural person - the holder of a commercial family agricultural holding, who meets the conditions prescribed by the law regulating incentives in agriculture and rural development and who has renewed the registration in the Register of Agricultural Holdings for the current year for at least 20 and at most 1,000 beehives.
