Regulation on the conditions and manner of exercising the right to incentives for the production of planting material for produced seedlings of fruit trees, vines, hops and roses.

This Regulation determines the conditions and manner of exercising the right to incentives for the production of planting material for produced seedlings of fruit trees, vines, hops and roses. The right to incentives may be exercised for produced seedlings of fruit trees, vines, hops and roses: 1) for which, in the period from 1 June of the previous year in relation to the year in which the application for exercising the right to incentives is submitted, and no later than the date of submission of the application for exercising the right to incentives: (1) a certificate for produced seedlings of fruit trees, vines and hops was issued, (2) a certificate of purity of the variety of rose planting material was issued for the produced rose seedlings; 2) for varieties entered in the Register of Agricultural Plant Varieties, namely for varieties: (1) pome, stone fruit, pome and berry fruit species, (2) grapevines except for varieties – direct hybrids Noah, Othello, Isabelle, Jacquez, Clinton and Herbemont, (3) hops, regardless of taxonomic affiliation (different by genera, species, varieties, rootstocks and clones).
