Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant protection products, prescribes the necessary conditions and sets the manner of inspection and sampling of consignments of registered plant protection products or active substances. This text further determines the manner of delivery of samples and number and size of samples for testing, manner of announcing the arrival of consignments, form and content of request for inspection of consignment and conditions that the importer must provide for phytosanitary inspection.
