Regulation on conditions and manner of performing technical control of geological research projects.

This Regulation determines the necessary conditions and manner for the performance of technical controls over geological research projects.
Technical control of includes control of whether: 1) the Project is prepared in accordance with the provisions of article 25 (paragraph 2) of the Law on mining and geological research and on regulations that define the conditions, criteria and contents of such projects; 2) the company, and/or other legal entity or entrepreneur, which prepared the Project, fulfilled the conditions referred to in article 22 of the Law on mining and geological research, including the submitted evidence of fulfillment of listed conditions; 3) the Project is done in accordance with modern theoretical and practical achievements of geological science; 4) the Project envisages appropriate procedures and methods of geological research. Based on the positive Report on the performed technical control, the Technical Control Issuer issues a certificate that the Project in question was made in accordance with all prescribed rules.
