Abstract
This Regulation provides the concrete incentive programs for multiple investments in agriculture (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia) aimed to improve the competitiveness and the achievement of quality standards, which include support for investments in processing and marketing in the sector of milk, meat, fruits, vegetables and grapes (incentives and refunds), including also the conditions and manner of exercising the right to obtain such state incentives, also prescribing the necessary administrative application form for exercising these rights, as well as the maximum amounts of subsidies that can be delivered for a single legal person/entity.
