Abstract
This Regulation determines the following: conditions and procedure for issuance and seizure of licenses for fisheries officers; manner for the keeping of the unique Registry of issued fishery officer licenses; contents and manner of keeping the Register of commercial fishermen.
Articles 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are setting the rules as regards the issuance and seizure of licenses for fisheries officers; article 7 of this text sets the rules in relation to the Register of issued fishery officer licenses; articles 8 and 9 are setting the rules in relation to the Register of commercial fishermen.
