Regulation on the conditions to be fulfilled by the point of sale where planting materials of fruit trees, vines and hops are traded.

This Regulation prescribes detailed technical and structural conditions that should be fulfilled by all places defined as points of sale or marketplaces, where planting materials of fruit trees, vines and hops are traded.
Single company, enterprise, other legal entity and/or entrepreneur may perform the sale of planting material on the territory of the Republic of Serbia only at the point of sale registered in the related Register of producers planting material of fruit, vines and hops, which ensures the preservation of planting properties of such material in terms of species, variety and category. The point of sale may be at the place of production and at another place if it meets the necessary conditions here laid down. The point of sale must have storage space. Storage space can be: with cooling system (refrigerator), closed storage, field storage (silo) and temporary field warehouse (temporary silo).
