Abstract
This Law regulates the conditions and manner of production, transport and commerce (import and export) of seedlings of fruit trees, vines and hops (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia), including the recognition of newly created domestic varieties, entry of varieties into the Register of varieties of fruit trees, vines, hops, also defining the list of recommended varieties and planting surfaces; and prescribing inspection and monitoring provisions.
This Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 62 articles, including the offences and penalties.
