Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions that must be met by all materials used for the purpose of fish stock repopulation on inland waters of the Republic of Serbia.
Materials object of this text are: fish genetic materials such as fertilized fish eggs; young or undersized fish; fish specimens ready for reproduction; fish originating from translocation and autochthonous imported species.
These materials have to meet the following conditions: health-correct; good health and condition; necessary uniform structure and balanced size inserted species, except for imported species; no other species of fish present in certain fish stock input.
When repopulating the waters with fish species that are no longer present on that location, the genetic material, that will be inserted into that water basin or water area, has to be originating from wild specimens from the same river basin or water area.
