Abstract
This Regulation defines the conditions (technical and equipment) which, in addition to the conditions stipulated by the plant protection legislation, must be fulfilled by the organizations that perform disinfection, pest and rodent control (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia) for the prevention and control of plant diseases or plant pests.
The provisions of this Regulation dated 1979 are also adopted by the current Law on plant health (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 41/2009).
