Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions for issuing permits for professional measuring of air quality and permits for measuring of emissions from stationary sources of pollution on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. This text also sets out the rules to be met by such legal entities authorized by competent authorities of Autonomous Provinces or local self-government units.
Permits for measuring of air quality are issued if all conditions regarding the registration for performing of specified tasks, personnel, equipment, space and professional and technical qualifications are in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO/IEC 17025 standard, and in accordance with the national Air protection Law. Permits for measuring emissions from stationary pollution sources are issued if all conditions regarding the registration for performing of specified tasks, personnel, equipment, space and professional and technical qualifications are in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO/IEC 17025, or SRPS CEN/TS 15675, which is technical specification of SRPS ISO/IEC 17025 standards for the field of periodic measurements of emissions from stationary sources.
