Abstract
This Regulation defines the types (and related administrative and technical rules, aimed for entities, physical persons and other as listed in the article 3) of incentives to be granted as improvement of competitiveness in agricultural sector, here closely related to the incentives for the payment of insurance for the necessary risk management issues (for cultivations such as crops, fruits, perennial plantations and animals).
