Regulation on conditions, manner and form for requesting the exercise of right to obtain recourses for fertilizers, fuel and seeds.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, prescribes detailed conditions, manner and model for requirements of recourse rights for fertilizers, fuel and seeds used in plant production sector. A legal entity, entrepreneur and natural person - holder of a commercial family business is entitled to obtain these benefits for the period form 1 May of the previous year, until 30 April of the current year. Exceptionally in 2022, the right to recourse is granted to users who are entitled to basic incentives in plant production in 2022, by paying their funds directly to the dedicated account of the agricultural farm (see article 6).
