Abstract
This Regulation prescribe the conditions, manner and necessary administrative forms required for exercising the right of recourse for fertilizer (aimed for legal person, entrepreneur or natural person/holder of a commercial family agricultural holding) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and under the terms of the Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
