Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions, manner and official administrative form required for the entitlement of the premium/incentive for milk production on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The legal entity, entrepreneur and individual-producer and/or holder of the farm, family farm and similar, which meets the requirements here prescribed, will have the right to the premium/incentive for achieved production quotas for the delivered milk (milk supplier and milk producer state benefits).
Limits and other values for the access to these incentives are also provided by this Regulation.
The Annex is part of this Regulation.
