Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, prescribes in rules regarding persons who exercise the right to IPARD incentives, the amount of incentives, as well as the conditions, manner and procedure of implementation of the IPARD programme, for the measure of technical assistance. IPARD programme is a rural development programme within the instrument for pre-accession assistance to rural development, which is financed by EU pre-accession assistance, as well as from the budget of the Republic of Serbia. The Annex is part of this publication (eligibility lists).
