Regulation on the conditions for performing fertility control of arable agricultural land.

This Regulation determines the conditions to be met by all companies or other legal entities engaged and performing official agricultural arable land fertility controls, in terms of necessary technical and professional capacities (also equipment, education, and academic rules). Companies or other legal entities are here defined as authorized organizations for determining the basic parameters of soil fertility, or for determining additional parameters of soil fertility.
Conditions regarding technical capacities and equipment are laid down in Chapter 2 (articles 3-12); conditions regarding professional capacities and necessary educational references are listed in Chapter 3 (articles 13-16).
