Regulation on conditions for performing fertility control of arable agricultural land.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Serbian Law on Agricultural Land, prescribes the conditions to be met and fulfilled by all companies or other legal entities in terms of technical and professional capacities for performing fertility control of arable agricultural land.
Fertility control of arable agricultural land are professional activities that include: soil sampling to determine the basic parameters of soil fertility, soil sampling to determine additional parameters of soil fertility, laboratory analysis of basic or additional parameters of soil fertility and giving recommendations to the fertility of agricultural land is determined in order to ensure the correct and rational use of plant nutrition products and soil improvers prescribed by the law governing plant nutrition products and soil improvers, as well as the application of adequate agrotechnical and reclamation measures to protect and preserve physical, chemical and biological properties of agricultural land from the first to the fifth cadastral class and achieving optimal yields of cultivated crops while preserving the environment.
