Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant protection products, sets conditions and relevant standards in terms of facilities, equipment, operating procedures, number, education and training of staff, guidelines of good experimental practice applied by all legal entities or entrepreneurs engaged in the performance of plant protection product test, in order to obtain a certificate of compliance with the indicated guidelines of good experimental practices. This text further prescribes the form of the certificate of compliance with related guidelines of good experimental practice.
